Coins.ph Delists 1000SATS and STREAM on April 22

After reviewing the 1000SATS and STREAM tokens, Coins.ph decided to delist both assets because they no longer adhere to the exchange's listing standards.

Deposits for the two tokens were suspended today at 3:00 PM Philippine time across all Coins.ph channels. The exchange operates through Betur Inc and DCPay Philippines Inc, both regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

Convert and Buy buttons for 1000SATS and STREAM will be disabled on April 21 at 3:00 PM across both the app and web portal. One day later on April 22 at the same time, Convert and Sell functions get suspended and the tokens will be fully discontinued from the platform.

Users can still withdraw both tokens through their Coins.ph wallet until further notice. The exchange hasn't specified what triggered the standards review or whether other tokens face similar scrutiny.

Binance delisted 23 spot trading pairs including 1000SATS/FDUSD on January 8 as part of streamlining its offerings for lower-capacity tokens. Delistings from major exchanges typically cause short-term price volatility, with liquidity migrating to other venues for tokens that maintain multiple trading options.

Coins.ph published the delisting advisory on April 14, giving users eight days before full discontinuation on April 22.
