GCash Launches AI Financial Coach for 81M Users

Microsoft partnered with Mynt to develop the technology behind Pera Coach. The tool reaches GCash's 81 million active users across the country, from sari-sari store owners in Davao to OFW families in Pampanga.
Mynt became the Philippines' first double unicorn in November 2021 after raising ₱18.17 billion ($300 million) at a ₱121.13 billion ($2 billion) valuation. GCash launched in 2012 to transition the Philippines to a digital cashless system and now supports 2.5 million sellers and merchants nationwide.
